We begin with consultation. We will discuss any symptoms, warnings or other suspicions you may have regarding the health of your vehicle. Our staff will listen and take notes, and from there, relay this information to our technicians to begin investigation.

Firstly, we will scan the vehicle OBD for codes, this will help guide us in the direction of any active faults. From here, we will perform any required tests using our state of the art equipment where necessary. Years of experience and analysis of test results will allow us to determine the cause of the fault. Our Technicians will relay their findings back to the Office so we can report our findings back to you.

Once the office staff have received the findings we can put together an estimate of repair along with the results of our diagnosis. After receiving approval for repairs to proceed, we will then work swiftly to get you back on the road.
